We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out DESIGNS BY JEAN is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. 

 

We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at Designsbyjean@hotmail.com If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.
